Response times
We reply to everything within two business days, usually the same day. Security reports are triaged within 24 hours. If you haven't heard back in three days, resend it — something went wrong on our end.
Reporting a vulnerability
Email security@clarooai.com. We'll acknowledge within 24 hours and keep you updated until it's resolved. We won't pursue legal action against good-faith research that respects user data and doesn't degrade the service.
